What we mean by ‘Learning Disabilities’

Different people use different words to describe people with learning disabilities.

On this website we want to compare:

• How many people have Learning Disabilities in different places, and

• How good their health is.

We need to be sure that we count the same sort of people in all the places we want to compare.

So we need to say what we mean by People with Learning Disabilities.
