Phil Brigham

Hello, my name is Phil Brigham. I currently work for the Public Health Department of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly Primary Care Trust and I am the public health lead for mental health and learning disabilities. In this role I help to calculate the numbers and needs of people with mental health problems and/ or learning disability.

Prior to this I worked as a commissioner within the Primary Care Trust. Before joining the PCT I worked for ten years as a Senior Research Fellow in the universities of Exeter, Nottingham, Southampton and Plymouth. A lot of my work was looking at how health services were provided in rural areas.
