Heather Burns

Hello, my name is Heather Burns.
I am the lead commissioner for health in Sheffield and I commission specialist learning disability health services.
I lead on the delivery of Valuing People Now for NHS Sheffield.
I am the NHS Sheffield representative on the Learning Disability Partnership Board.
I also chair the Improving Health Subgroup of the Partnership Board.
