How to use the Reasonable Adjustments database

The reasonable adjustments database was created as a way to show good practice in reasonable adjustments carried out by NHS Trusts.

The database is searchable so you can find examples of reasonable adjustments in different regions, Trust types and service areas.

The video above gives information on how to use the database to search for the information that interests you.

We have started the database by using examples of reasonable adjustments we got from NHS Trusts in our NHS Trust Reasonable Adjustments Survey. You can read about the findings of the survey here.

You can also see another video that shows you how to upload reasonable adjustments to the database.
