Target 2. Health Inequalities Progress notes: Two people with learning disability have been employed to deliver training at Kettering General Hospital.. There is a DVD about taking blood-used to help people with learning disability and staff.

Target 3. Safety Progress notes: The learning disability partnership board has trained people with learning disability in monitoring (checking) and they check health services. There is a medical Care pathway (planned way) for people with learning disability to go into hospital.

Target 4. Valuing people now Progress notes: Northamptonshire have developed accessible information and a DVD for people with learning disability going into prison. There is a learning disability nurse who provides learning disability awareness training to the police, probation service, solicitors( help with legal issues), and prison staff.
