Progress notes: The learning disability partnership board has trained people with learning disability in monitoring (checking) and they check health services. There is a medical Care pathway (planned way) for people with learning disability to go into hospital.

There is a learning disability nurse who provides learning disability awareness training to the police, probation service, solicitors( help with legal issues), and prison staff.
