Improving the Health and Wellbeing of People with Learning Disabilities: An Evidence Based Commissioning Guide for Emerging Clinical Commissioning Groups (draft)

This draft guidance has been written jointly with Dr Matt Hoghton and the Royal College of General Practitioners with input from the Joint Commissioning Panel for Mental Health and it's Director of Delivery, Kieron Murphy. following an initial consultation, the document is being tested by the pathfinder Clinical Commissioning Groups working with IHaL for six months. We will re-draft the document in April.
